All items are shipped via UPS flat-rate boxes. UPS estimates delivery in 2-5 days. We know that shipping has been taking extra time. We estimate delivery in 5-10 days and most orders are processed in 48 hours.
Please keep in mind that we do not ship to any PO Box.

Return Policy
What is your return policy if I am not satisfied with the product?
You can return your casing if you are not satisfied and receive a full refund. Pictures and proof of defective casings must be provided.
Do you offer refunds or replacements for defective brass?
Due to the nature of once fired brass clients will receive a very small amount of brass casing that are not reloadable. If over 10% of your casings are deemed defective then we will replace or refund the amount defective. Pictures and proof of defective casings must be provided.
